I ordered this skirt in a medium to large size after reading reviews that it ran small! I just want to confirm that this is indeed the case. The middle one was too tight but big! The skirt is high waisted and quite short but it covers my butt and the shorts underneath are great. I am 24 years old, 5 feet 5 inches, 140 pounds, 29 inches waist, 37 inches hips. I usually wear small leggings and size 4 or 5 pants (size 27) which stretch a bit, otherwise I wear size 6 pants. I have a large skirt left and I received it in blue, it matches the photos exactly and is so beautiful! Hope that helps.
