I ordered this dress one size up because is not your typical 8 1/2 year old. she's almost 5' tall.Quality:I was super impressed with the quality of this dress. It is fully lined and comfortable. My daughter is very picky and can't stand anything itchy. she was very comfortable wearing this dress the entire night. The fabric was pretty decent for the price.Fit:I did order it one size up on purpose. So it fit a bit large on the chest area but it was fine. Still it was a bit shorter than i expected. it was like tea-length. I did not purchase a separate petticoat slip but it was puffy enough.I honestly did not have high expectations when I ordered this dress cause it was so inexpensive. But very happy once it arrived. I definitely would recommend purchasing this dress.
