See through and sewn wrong

I received this dress in a dark color but it is still completely see-through. It also had very awkwardly sewn sleeves, they were sewn so wrong (wrong) that it ruined the whole cute pattern and concept of the dress. Have to go back I wouldn't send my baby to wear this. It's also at least one size too big.
