I bought these a medium size and they fit my hand at 7-1/2" in circumference and 7-1/2" in length from ring finger tip to wrist although they are a bit tight. through the palm tree. Big would be too big. They are great for travel when protective gloves are needed. Unfortunately, the palm of one hand tore the first time I wore it. So I think the material doesn't stretch as much and is more brittle than some of the more expensive brands that are made for medical use. I like that they are very long to cover my wrist. But these are great gloves.
