Update 9-2-18 When GPC learned of the issues I was having, they quickly took action to resolve the issue and promptly shipped a replacement kit. Looks like the old toner issues have been fixed and the new cartridges have been improved. Customer service was excellent. The first post reviews looked really good for these HP201x cartridges and the price was right. Worked fine for a week. Then the quality started to drop. Then random colored dots began to appear on the copies. Found that the toner from the cartridges is getting on the "drum". Back then, color printing was just light pink, no matter what color the original was. At this point (a month after installation) I've been limited to using HP for black and white copies only, but I still get color errors on the occasional copy. Maybe I have a batch of low quality toner (but 3 different colors?). For the price, it was worth the try, but unfortunately it wasn't worth it for me this time. I threw away these cartridges when they were 50% full. Unfortunately used original HP $$$ cartridges. But again, I'm typing like a champ.
