This is a difficult rating. The actual product and functionality - not many complaints. I bought 2 of these for Zumba. They really light up the room, despite their compact size they are nice and bright. I wasn't able to sync them to the music so they randomly blinked and rotated. Not as much. I'm pretty sure it was a seller or Revain issue - the main tape's outer packaging was a good size and securely protected with plenty of bubble wrap keeping the packages to move around. However, the actual boxes containing the lanterns were bent, dented, dented and scratched. My headlights, although of the same brand, were partially split at the bottom ring and the headlights looked out of place. These issues didn't seem to affect functionality, but there was no way these lamps could be "NEW". Mismatched, bent and even with different plastic on the inner packaging of the box. I would be surprised if they were new.
