As baby #1 grows, an interest in jewelry begins to develop. It is a good gift for birthday, bat/bar mitzvah or holiday. It seems relatively hypoallergenic, having been worn by baby #1 a few times, and this baby's sensitivity to metal is pretty average, so it seems legit. We haven't worn it enough to tell if it's galvanized or solid, but at this price I think it's galvanized so it's only a matter of time. Or it would be if kid #1 hadn't lost it. It was a pleasure for a few days. But like most jewelry, it didn't last long. So, in hindsight, it probably wasn't the best gift.
