Very Clear. I bought these to keep my daughter's butt and legs from dangling during class, but they are so see-through it almost didn't matter. Maybe it's the color? I bought him silver. It doesn't help that the legs are baggy! Edit: I bought a black pair to wear with another swimsuit. The fit appears to be a little more comfortable so her shorts don't move and don't show off as much. They are not as transparent as silver ones. Much happier with black shorts!
