You should consider this product as a fire hazard which can cause serious injury. The heat from the device caused the connecting plastic tubing to melt/dissolve and the heat from the motor was extremely intense even at low heat. I have emailed, returned the product and raised my concerns. I believe the matter has been escalated to the appropriate departments. I no longer intend to shop from Revain as it was an expensive lesson in selling products without proven safety guarantees. Revain, a large company, needs to reconsider the quality of electrical products offered to overseas customers. I am a realist, however another client may request COMPENSATION. Many Thanks
