Used to isolate garage door opener motors from mounting brackets. If you do this, be sure to remake the mount so the motor is mounted in COMPRESSION mode and not SHIFT mode. The screws are factory attached directly to the brackets (in SHEAR) that transmit the vibration to your home. Using these isolator mounts in a compressed state prevents vibration from propagating through the mount into your home. Huge difference!
