My doctor told me to stop carrying my wallet in my back pocket. It was inconvenient to carry them in the front pockets, so I decided to try the "Shoulder Bag". They are mostly used by men in Europe. I found that I really like it. It has space for my phone and a charging port in case my phone battery runs out. Of course you have to connect the charger to it, but it works. Enough space for other things like a small umbrella, sunglasses, headphones/stand, charging cables etc. I don't carry firearms but I think you could even put a personal pistol in the open area. I suppose you'll have to find a way to keep the gun from falling out, but that's one possible use for this open pouch. Overall I like it and haven't seen any "weird looks" while wearing it. The women in my area love it.
