I have wanted to buy something from this brand for a long time because I saw their rave reviews. When I received the package I was amazed at how great everything was packaged and looked. It's like what you could get at Sephora for a crazy amount of money. Love that they come with instructions, a glove, a free sample and the box itself is great for storage. You can actually see the digital heat setting and when it's on or off. Cons: I'm not sure why it flexes into an AV shape rather than collapsing completely, it would be much better if it did. The curls I got from the flat iron weren't terrible, but they weren't great either. I held for about 10 seconds for each small strand but they fell off very quickly. Last but not least, you need to put the flat iron on your glove between sections of hair, otherwise it will burn your table or floor as there is no stand on the flat iron itself. It's certainly a nice iron, but it could use a few small tweaks.
