Media could not be loaded. There are 30 speed settings to improve every body part and at the highest speeds you will feel a big difference. It comes with so many heads that they can be anywhere as desired. A fully charged battery lasts a week for me. The design and weight of this massage gun made me feel quality as soon as I unpacked it from the original box. And yes, it makes almost no noise. Seriously man, for the price you can't ask for more.
