Review on TV-B-Gone Keychain - Universal TV Power Remote Control for NA/Asia - Enhance Entertainment Experience! by Jim Bethea

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Don't you want to watch that annoying TV? Turn it off!

OK, it won't work on every TV, but it's not very expensive either - what can you expect? However, when it works, it can be a lot of fun. A story from a few years ago: There was a pizzeria that insisted on turning on the TV no matter what, even (or especially) when it was obvious that nobody cared. I mean college golf on a local station? But the policy of the owners was: "If you watch TV, eat; if they talk, they don't eat." So when the TV mysteriously turns off, nobody worries. until one of the staff notices (they can't see it from the counter) and climbs on the chair to turn it back on. After a few minutes, it mysteriously turns itself off again. This is noticed, the guy starts to climb on the chair, and he turns on again. It's going down, it's going out. Eventually he gives up and we are not blessed with a golf silence. [By this point, half of the visitors noticed what I was doing and were very surprised. Obviously no one but golf moms wants to watch college golf, and they haven't eaten pizza.] The remote control can also be hidden in the palm of your hand. He also works for Judge Judy at the doctor's office. No one wants to see college golf except for golf moms, and they haven't eaten pizza. ] The remote control can also be hidden in the palm of your hand.
