Cute and good quality!

The skirt is beautiful and well made. It is made of felt and the poodle is a beautiful applique. This is not tingly to feel. My 7 year old daughter is a size 6x7. I bought both small and medium. The little dress fit great and was a good length just below the knee. She has a crinoline under which she looks beautiful and full. Mid-rise waist because it's stretchy, but the length is noticeably longer at about 4 inches.

My daughter liked it... and there was no itching. What does it mean for a five year old?

Cons

Limited size options. The 50s hip hop girl poodle skirt is only available in small size 4/5/6 which limits its use to girls outside of that age range.
