The software is very easy to use with its intuitive interface which makes it effortless even if you have never used this type of program before! It can be difficult at times when trying out different features but that's because there isn't as much support from their customer service department compared other companies I've dealt within my previous job roles (i work primarily remotely). Their product has helped me save sooo many hours each week by having everything set up ready beforehand without any hassle or stress - just plug-and-play!
