It really works! I'm so ticklish!

Wow, I followed the instructions and put a damp paper towel on the bottom along with the cheese and put in some unwrapped and sliced Jarlsberg slices. She went on holiday and came back two weeks later and she was still fresh and moist and not moldy! Hooray! Well, I don't know if this cheese keeps better (like Colby Jack thinks less mold than cheddar for me. Because of acidity? salt? fat content? I don't know :-)), but I'm VERY impressed with this simple gadget. I hate food waste and this is very helpful! I'll review it again if needed, but so far I'm happy with its performance!
