I bought this product to try sugaring for the first time. I have found this to be the most effective long term hair removal product with the least amount of pain on very sensitive skin. I have psoriasis and eczema and that's why I can't shave my legs with a razor because I get a terrible rash that doesn't go away for long. I've tried hair removal creams but they smell and the results are very short lived. I used both strip wax and hard wax. I find them both scruffy, spirited and have a moderate learning curve. With this product for sugaring, I was able to successfully depilate my armpits, bikini area and legs almost painlessly. Thereafter, there was virtually no redness, and any redness that occurred subsided within 10 minutes. I found the product easy to use after watching the video on the product website. Wax can be used multiple times before a new part is needed, making it more economical. I'm a complete convert!
