Terrible. NOT as described
Zero stars. It's terrible. The description says the balloons inflate up to 20 inches, that's a lie. These are tiny plastic, not latex, balloons that will not inflate at all. I have a helium tank and it fills the balloon but doesn't expand it and because they are plastic they won't float. Balloons are absolutely useless garbage. Don't waste money. Just buy LED lights and attach them to regular balloons.
