The sound quality is acceptable for this money. When using the phone, tones appear and disappear within the first 5 minutes. My main point is that the USB connector in the case broke very easily within 3 months of use. This is my second pair with the same problem. Another issue I see is that the battery goes to 0% overnight when unplugged. If you're looking for something reliable and durable, look elsewhere.
