Meh - you get what you pay for

I tried using these string lights on a '96 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) but they didn't fit properly. The loops on the end were the wrong distance from the electrical pins and needed some bending. Unfortunately, trying to bend one of the lamp's hinges to fit the shade resulted in it cracking and breaking. Come on, they were cheap. The one still used emits a brighter and whiter light than an ordinary incandescent lamp.
