I've been using them for a while and I'm really starting to see results! My cellulite seems to be disappearing and my back pain is miraculously gone! I am shocked! I didn't expect to see results so quickly. I love that it comes with a konjac sponge and silicone exfoliating brush. I use a Konjac sponge every day for makeup removal and micro-exfoliation, and a silicone brush once a week for a deeper exfoliation. I don't use it every day as I have fairly normal skin type. Face shells also seem to work well. My skin looks tight and smooth. Signs of dehydration have visibly decreased, including my fine lines. That's all I've noticed so far.
