I installed four of these on a 3/4 inch loop of copper - two on each side of the walls at a 45 degree angle. I don't have the best water pressure when it eventually rises to the end of the house as I have a pressurized well/tank system. But I'm surprised how it turned out. They have two settings and when mounted on the external jets the water pressure is amazing. The inner nozzle throws out more water, but not as much (maybe it would be better if you had more water pressure). You can adjust the direction to a certain extent and it's enough if I want to cover all parts of the body at the same time. I hope the finish will last for many more years.
