Sound quality and customer service are GREAT! But.

As with any electronics I don't expect anything to be 10000% so I'm not throwing away a review until I find a solution. Well the product arrived perfectly packaged. I bought this for my personal monitor to play at church. The sound quality is very good, the noise cancellation is also good. But the left earbud was going in and out all the time, especially when I move my head. It was very annoying. The right earbud was fine. Although I survived 2 services relying on my right handset I was very annoyed. I called customer service the next day and received impeccable service. The replacement headphones arrive in a day and I can return the defective one. It was very easy to solve. So I give the sound quality and customer service 5 stars. But overall I give 4 stars. Not bad, right?
