I have been working as an agency partner consultant since 2010, during which period our account manager has done great job in managing accounts from start to finish - i mean even after signing up new clients! The entire process of onboarding is seamless & client service team always provides us all kind support when needed (even off-hours). Sometimes it's hard getting hold/speaking wth them over email due busyness though they are quick enough responding via chat or phone calls sometimes too :) They do not provide any dedicated training program but once we get hang out together everything becomes clear very quickly!! And yes you can use their website design services if required at free charge only. If someone thinks that he doesn't know anything regarding digital marketing then trust me this would be one stop shop solution where everyone will learn something no matter what your experience level might be! Our main focus area were content strategies like Blogs, Social media posts etc.
