The thing is easy to program and works great. I ripped out the old 120v track lighting system and installed a new 12v system using a Lightkiwi transformer and this timer. This thing works every time and the backup battery works great so it keeps its settings even when unplugged. I installed a lighting system last summer and this timer has worked flawlessly ever since. I wish they had released a Wi-Fi version so I can remotely turn on the lights or change the time wherever I have internet. Update August 7, 2020: My original timer still works great. I am so confident in this unit that I have purchased two more to run two fans in the attic. It's easier than ever to program. I think I've discovered a random feature that's so cool. I don't think it was a feature of my original timer, but it just added icing to the cake. Still a great product in my opinion!
