This shirt is made of an attractive dark green and navy checked flannel. I found no defects in materials or construction. The fabric is reasonably thick flannel with a soft nap that raises after washing, making for cozy comfort against the skin. The style is classic—pointed collar, placket front, breast pocket, button cuff sleeves, a plain back yoke, and slightly short shirttails. As the slim fit garment name implies, the shirt tapers at the torso, so if you prefer a boxier style in shirts, you may want to look elsewhere. Size small fit my 5’5”, 115-pound frame well. The shirt is easy to care for. I laundered it in cold water, tumble dried on low and found it came through the wash with no shrinkage.
