I would give 5 stars but the 2nd pack I ordered (and received about a week ago) had an L shaped hole about 1/2 inch in each direction and leaked slowly in the box (no A Good start, huh?) I started the return process but it took them days (and days) to process my return and get my money back. it was doable, and luckily it was (despite the hole in the bag and my unthinking courier leaving the box a bit away from my porch to get wet in the rain, thanks *******). So it works. even with a hole in the packaging and a wet packaging it gets 4 stars. Not much else to say about it, it's a white powder, dry odorless when used in bath bombs - but before the essential oils - it definitely has an odor, I don't know how to describe it, it's not awful but definitely won't add a charm bath bomb. patient and just had to look at some of the bath bombs I've made, they will sting like lemon juice. Ouch! This is the best price for citric acid I've seen and the large size means I can keep reordering to a minimum. Hooray!
