Great product, a pleasure to use.
In general, I am pleased with the purchase, and all of the necessary bolts and instructions are included in the package (four for the seat, four for the armrests, and a hexagon). This is an excellent choice considering the cost.
- Ease of installation, aesthetics, rubberized wheels, and pillows (stops) under the lower back and neck all contribute to a positive experience.
- Yes, in general, a fine chair; the only thing about which I am unsure is the stability of the backrest; there are only two bolts attached to the armrests, and other than that, we'll have to wait and see how it holds up over time.
