Review on Philips EP3246/70 Series 3200 LatteGo coffee machine, black/silver by Micha Kochaski ᠌

I bought my daughter as a birthday present, a wonderful gift, I really liked the car! Makes just amazing coffee. At first I tried to adjust several cooking parameters “for myself”, but soon I realized that the factory settings are as comfortable as possible. Before that, there were 2 coffee machines, one is still in the country and gives out a pressure of 20 bar, but in comparison with this miracle, it cooks just coffee water. And before everything was very good, but the best, as they say, is the enemy of the good. BUT …. all good things come to an end sooner or later… After 10 months of operation, the mill broke down and stopped working! In manual mode (pre-ground coffee) it works, it does not want to grind! Washed, lubricated, decalcified, washed from coffee oils - everything was empty. Warranty extended by 5 years. I signed up via WhatsApp with a 24/7 support service, filled out an application, the courier should come and pick it up for free at the service . only the application is processed for 3-5 days! And this is in Hong Kong, how many in the provinces? Apparently, after all, a large percentage of marriage is likely, BUT I don’t want to change it for another and I won’t. How to repair, I will add, good luck to everyone! The courier took it on 122022., SMS from the service came for repairs, the courier brought the repaired one on 11.24., they replaced the engine, gasket and tube, a description of the details was attached to the documents. I can say that the Philips service is very convenient under warranty, although I would like it to be faster, and ideally, nothing would break. In the service, mainly 80-90% of the entire mass of equipment is coffee machines being repaired, sadly. The car works as before, everything is fine.
