I love the look of this bag, it's cute and has plenty of room for your stuff. There are a few creases in the top right corner of the bag and there is a hole in the strap holding the laptop, but I think that must have happened anyway. Overall it's very nice, durable and appears to be well made. Update: I don't use this bag anymore, it's not comfortable for me. Also, he will bend or fall forward unless there is something heavy inside weighing him down. The front bottom edge is bent, and no matter how I try to bend it back, it won't stand up on its own. It looks good on its own to be honest, but it's not very good in terms of functionality.
