UNTENABLE! on shoulder and crossbody bags

I loved this bag until it broke. I've only been using it for about 5 weeks and today the band broke. Completely irreparable. I only had a laptop, notepad and a small book in it when the strap broke. I am so disappointed because otherwise I love this bag.
