I haven't used it yet as the scam I'm carrying will be next weekend but I've had a chance to check it out. The tailoring is done qualitatively, the bag as a whole looks great! My main concern was whether it would be big enough for my phone in a case. I have a Galaxy S10+ in an Otterbox Defender which is quite large but fits great. The only thing that worries me is the bag by the window which I'm not sure I can find. The top is simply open, no rubber or other high friction material to keep your ID. I think if you somehow dropped the bag and it landed upside down your card would pop out. Actually I was just testing my theory and yes my card came out right away so don't trust this window. Everything else is very reliable! All in all, I recommend it with a little caution.
