The laptop seemed fine until my 81 year old mother dropped it about 12 inches on the floor. The screen is broken and needs to be replaced. I bought this for her because she went to a nursing home and couldn't take her computer with her, it's too big. The coronavirus ban started 2 days after they entered the country. So she couldn't have visitors and I wanted her to be able to keep in touch with friends and family. Received at the end of April. When it slipped off her lap and fell to the floor, the screen failed. The seller's description says "Army Grade Durability". Fur. So now I have to buy a $70 replacement screen and replace it. The warranty doesn't really cover everything that might happen after it leaves the factory.
