I bought my first Atumtek selfie stick in 2019 and only use it once while I was on vacation in Europe, I really like it. When I use it again at home, my Bluetooth is not charging. When I plug in the red light comes on for a few minutes and goes off, I contact the company, they are very good, they sent me a new one, but I have the same problem again. I wrote them a letter, they have not contacted me yet. I really like this product because it is very easy to use and I hope they can help me with my bluetooth problem. Within a week the company sent me a new remote control and now it works fine. I am very happy with the way they treat customers. I highly recommend this company.
