Bought this set for vacation (on request). Love it. I really think it changed my hair. My hair is very fine and fine so I don't use the whole bottle on my hair. I have enough for 2-3 uses of each bottle. People with thick or long hair may need to use the entire vial. Thanks to this range of Alfaparf products, my hair looks softer, less frizzy and brittle. Otherwise nothing has changed in my daily routine. I didn't know much about them but I'm glad I tried them. I love the shampoo and mask too!
