I love this upper back and spine vibrator - it works great on my spine and works the muscles on both sides and also helps me loosen up my back. I use it when sitting on my office chair as a solid support to lean on. Vibration noise is amplified by furniture etc and is quite loud but I can deal with that. This machine is heavy and large and the vibrations are well distributed throughout my body - my teeth chatter when I work my upper back on low settings and I can't handle higher settings. On higher settings I have a hard time holding on to this thing lol and I have to turn it off to turn it off or my hand vibrates from the power button. Charges well and lasts a long time. The only issue I have with this unit is that it picks up lint and dirt on the outside like a magnet and gets dirty easily, but also wipes down easily with a damp cloth. It's not waterproof.
