Yes, jokes abound.

Well, my top grain leather kitchen seats are peeling and not as durable as the manufacturers would have you believe. A little disappointed, so far I've decided to just buy a set of covers to "cover up" the peeling. I like the look of leather so they seem to have the utmost respect. I installed the seats and first. They don't look like skin. rather vinyl. Something like the materials used to make the plastic disposable gloves that doctors use. It's good. They don't look unattractive, just not leather. They also don't feel like leather. They feel like a durable rubber case, which is a good thing. I haven't worn them long enough to know how they will hold up, but they are "thin" which makes me concerned about their durability. NOW the problem is in the fit. They are simply stretched to the surface with rubber bands at the ends. There are no struts for the backrest, which means that the backrest and seat have a "canopy" tendency. You can actually see the 'tent' in the pictures. Now we come to the REAL downside. The tent naturally traps air. Now what happens if you have "airโ€ in an elastically closed "plastic bagโ€? WE HAVE A PILLOW! Yes, my friends, this blanket doubles as a pillow. no pillow required. It's built in! Every time someone sits down. The air is "squeezed" out of the "tent" and passed through the "rubber band", creating such happy sounds! Well, if you want your furniture to make those sounds, it works great! If you are a professional clown and love jokes. This is for you! If you want your furniture to be silent. can look elsewhere.
