I like that it tracks my progress in terms of what exercises/games are being done, how often they're doing them etc so you can see where to focus your efforts (i.e. which games need more time). It's very easy for me to use but sometimes there could be some minor glitches with things not working as expected or maybe having an issue when trying out new workouts - especially if its been awhile since i've used it! However this is usually resolved quickly by contacting customer support via their website. As mentioned above - tracking workout progression has really helped track improvements made through training sessions over different periods of time. Also helps motivate myself during tough times and provides encouragement to keep going forward.
