Works and performs like a headset with manual volume control and mic position. It's great for relieving stress on your arms and relieving tension from your neck. However, the overall design is bare, so you need to be gentle with it. It was not built to withstand accident, abuse or neglect. Run a bunch of reports on it and probably screw it up and you're done. It is recommended that you have a safe place to carefully hang it out of reach. While this is pretty handy for long calls, I don't think it will last all day. However, note that you CAN change the position of the microphone (not from below, but from above) to make it reversible and work from the other side. Switching between ears makes longer runs a little easier. Overall, I'd highly recommend this, only pinning one star for the lack of extras, surprises, superior features, or build quality.
