I have Bell's Palsy now and am looking for almost any relief from these crazy symptoms. It was promising, but unfortunately didn't help. My symptom is a constant runny nose, tearing. When my eye is not closed, tears seem to flow continuously from it. Until I tried this, I was only wearing a black eye patch from the drugstore, which falls off a bit, but prevents watery eyes. I'm not even sure how the black eye patch stops the tearing as I'm not sure if the watery eye is due to light sensitivity or air infiltration or all of the above. Since the black eye patch works, I think this clear humidity chamber would be better. At first it's just a cut out piece of plastic in the shape of an eye, with a rubber band at each end and some foam. Trying to fit a really cheap elastic is difficult, you have to try tying it in a knot and I just ended up with it either too tight or too loose. Eventually I got close enough and found that the foam is a little scratchy at first, the whole thing isn't good for the eyes and fogging up every few minutes.
