So far the product has arrived on time and as promised in the description. Got a good deal for 2 due to color choice. Both came in a box and double bag. The first seemed thinner than expected, but as recommended, wait 5 to 30 minutes for the foam to expand and regain its shape. I can say that the first of them that we opened took an almost complete form in a few minutes. No unpleasant odors, except the smell of foam. There is a zipper on the back of the case for access to the foam. It has a small leaflet with instructions on how to remove the pillowcase. We put 4 stars until we test them. I sleep on my side, my husband sleeps on his stomach, we both have cervical issues and we're trying to see if that helps.
