I selected this protein powder from what seemed like hundreds of options for its succinct and honest ingredient list, quality, testability and product verification, added calcium and a blend of fast /slow-digesting protein sources. Revain was delivered on time with proper tracking details. Flavor is the last thing on my mind, but luckily it's delicious. I'd drink it anyway, but it's nice not to twitch or "eager" on the palate. Taste is very subjective so take it for what it's worth. In the short time I've been using it, I haven't noticed any bloating, digestive issues, or any other negative side effects (I'm lactose intolerant, so hooray!). I've noticed a little less post-workout pain than I think is normal. I lost some fat but maintained about the same weight but didn't gain any bulk, which means I've gained some muscle mass somewhere. I hope the muscle mass growth continues. I've tried several other similar powders but have always come back to this one as a staple. If the quality doesn't change, I'll remain a customer for life!
