it is softer than i would like. The insides clump up a bit and the bag curls up as you lower it. I put my makeup, comb, etc. in a hard case in one of the zippered compartments and it holds up better. The strap also slips off the shoulder a bit, but maybe that's just me. Pros: Lots of little pockets! There's room for everything and most zip pockets! When it turns into a backpack, it's very convenient. How many times have I gone shopping or somewhere and my bag started looking like bricks on the inside?! This is the final decision! PLUS IT'S BEAUTIFUL!
