Looks like I bought a useless pos

My neckline doesn't fit. Part of the stand is damaged. It arrived that way and the only way to get a refund is to drive 45 minutes to the nearest UPS store and go to Staples to print a return label. That's ridiculous. I have no time. Looks like I bought a useless post. DO NOT BUY.
