This item is not working properly. First, the zipper is a bit tricky to close properly. Second, the vacuum valve should come with a screw-on adapter for household vacuums and an improved internal separator, as its design means there will be leakage around the vacuum hose and suction area (I used cling film to keep it sealed while I worked). Vacuum). Finally, I ran the vacuum continuously for over 12 hours and the mattress still wouldn't flatten out! I vacuum packed a King 14" memory foam mattress 14" and rolled it in a cardboard box. After so much vacuuming, the mattress is still north of 6 inches thick... good luck folding! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. We have to go back to the drawing board!
