Do not buy. The instructions are even grammatically incorrect!
There are many reviews that the melting process was as described in the instructions. NO, THAT IS NOT SO. It took about 25-30 minutes to melt this substance. In addition, the wax was very sticky. I didn't even tear my hair out! Some of them are still stuck to my skin. And I've tried repeating this process several times just to see if any hair has fallen out. I would not recommend it.
