Not for big hands, but still a good product.
The strap didn't quite fit my hand. I have big biceps and the strap fits, but I felt like it cut off blood circulation in my arm. My friend, on the other hand, is delighted. She says it fits very snugly around her arm and keeps her iPod from slipping while she runs. The velcro is firmly attached to itself and there is no feeling that it will come off. It's not annoying either, which was a problem with the last band she had.
