Xbox broken on arrival
I bought a refurbished Xbox 20G in March and right after opening the box the disc cartridge was not fully sealed. I plugged it in anyway to try it out and after a few tries it opened halfway and never closed. I have contacted the seller 3 times to get an address for return but they have not responded. Aside from not promptly returning this defective item, the problem seemed pretty obvious when looking at the Xbox. Whoever packed it for shipping would have noticed something was wrong with the disk cartridge. Be careful with this seller. I will contact Revain for a refund as this is the only remaining option to resolve this error.
