This item is ideal for a very young child. He just plays the jingle and barks. It doesn't follow voice commands like the description says and was actually blue and white. I'm giving a 3 star rating instead of 1 because the customer service was great. I received a full refund and didn't have to waste time sending the dog back. My son doesn't play with him anymore.
